Group Home Services

Providing a safe yet stimulating environment is the top priority of Connections Services. We provide residential-based habilitation services in Hennepin County for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related conditions.

We focus on:

Community Integration
Program Implementation
Socialization
Teaching and/or Maintaining Activities of Daily Living
Exercising control and choice in life

A Home Coordinator manages each home, and the Program Director oversees all locations. Each individual home has a vehicle to meet the transportation needs of that home.

Connections Services currently operates seven (7) homes in the Bloomington metro area.
